How it works

Flatten, compress, restore.

Export the frame, compress it, then put text and links back.

Extract

Capture.

Save the slide as an image and collect text.

Frame image One clean image per slide.
Text map Real text nodes, not OCR.
Compress

Compress.

Choose how much to trim the file.

High Quality Keeps detail sharp and trims the file hard.
Balanced Middle ground for client-ready decks that feel light.
Smallest File Pushes compression hardest when size is the priority.
Rebuild

Restore.

Stitch the PDF, then add text and links back.

One image per page Smooth scrolling.
Text and links Searchable. Clickable.
Why the old tools fail

The problem is the pipeline.

Legacy exporters keep the hierarchy and still ship the pain.

File size drops to a range you can ship.

A 40-50 slide deck can land at 2-12 MB instead of 177 MB.

Presentify is a premium Figma plugin and high-performance server that exports your frames and slides into highly optimized, searchable PDFs with clickable links. By offloading PDF assembly to an external server, it prevents Figma from crashing during massive exports.
Figma's built-in exporter frequently crashes on large files, produces bloated file sizes, and flattens interactive elements. Presentify delivers ultra-compressed, print-ready files while keeping your links active and text fully searchable.
Yes, absolutely. Presentify preserves vector text and hyperlinks. Your audience can search text (Cmd/Ctrl + F) and click links, buttons, and social tags directly from the PDF.
Other plugins attempt to optimize the PDF while maintaining its internal hierarchy. That sounds great on paper, but none of them deliver. Their file sizes are still over 100 MB for large pitch decks, scrolling lags and flickers, and design elements like blend modes, vectors, and glows get ruined. We avoid all of that by taking a different approach: flatten the PDF, then restore the text and links.
By default, the plugin supports exporting up to 200 frames per single job. If you host your own server instance, this limit can be configured to be as large as you want.
Yes. Presentify offers multiple compression presets: High Quality (lossless layouts for print-ready designs), Balanced (perfect for general presentation sharing), and Smallest File (pushes compression hardest when file size is the priority).
